Jennifer Steen, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN and a co-founder of Main Street Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Steen earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado and completed her residency at Baylor University Medical Center. In addition to her work at Main Street Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Steen contributes her time to several hospital committees. As a practicing OB/GYN for more than 15 years, Dr. Steen is passionate about helping patients with comprehensive, evidence-based care. Along her team, Dr. Steen provides the full spectrum of women’s health care services, including high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, as well as fertility support and menopause care. When not caring for patients, Dr. Steen loves to enjoy coastal California with her two comedic boys and her husband, surgical oncologist Dr. Shawn Steen.

Meaghan Pinheiro, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN and a co-founder of Main Street Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Pinheiro earned her medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center. Dr. Pinheiro recently served as OB/GYN department chair at St. John’s Regional Medical Center, where she implemented several patient centered protocols such as skin-to-skin contact in the first 5 minutes after birth. Dr. Pinheiro uses individualized treatments to address women’s health beginning in adolescence all the way through menopause. As a highly skilled surgeon, Dr. Pinheiro treats a multitude of gynecological issues. Outside of patient care, Dr. Pinheiro enjoys spending time with her two children and husband. They love to be outdoors and head to the beaches, go hiking, visit local farms, and travel.

Dr. Hood earned her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences and completed her residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Dr. Hood is passionate about providing evidence-based care and advancing women’s health through preventive medicine, patient education, and minimally invasive surgery. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients and supporting them through all stages of life. Outside of patient care, Dr. Hood enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog. They love to be outdoors whether that be hiking or skiing, cheering on the Chargers, or enjoying the beautiful California coast.
